Philosophy topics include Maria Montessori’s theories of development, the prepared environment, Montessori best practices, normalization, development of inner discipline, the role of the Montessori guide. Classroom Leadership includes the role of good environmental design, starting the school year, classroom roles between guide and assistant, working with parents, the Montessori approach to discipline and the role of the administrator.
